The weather has been cold and rainy here. I am so ready for the Summer and sunshine!
I'm ready to plant flowers, feel the sun on my skin, and relax by the pool. An occasional few
trips to the beach are in order as well. Yesterday was my youngest son's birthday. He is now
18! Whewww... where has all the time gone? Seems it was only a few years back I was looking
after his every whim. He has grown so much over the years. I am a very proud Mother! He has
grown in more than physical sense. It makes me proud, but also a bit sad. I love my children so
very much! They are the rays that make my sun shine!

I know, it is hard once your children grow up, especially when they leave home. But just remember, grandchildren, and you kinda get to do it all over again. And actually it's better because you don't have to deal with every little thing. I think that is why some people say grandkids are easier. I just say, grandkids are great!
